Vendor Spotlight: Peak Beverage. With Custom Apollo Hall Packages you can be confident that you're in good hands. They stock every event with all the things you need (and even the things you don’t think about) including professional bartenders, ice, mixers, and more than enough alcohol to guarantee that your guests won’t run out of a good time. They also offer unique add-ons to make guest experiences more interactive and memorable. My pick? The customizable spritz bar… Because who doesn’t love a good spritz?!
Unique Add-On: Being located on Larimer Square means having direct access to some incredible local restaurants on the block. This includes selections from a James Beard Award winning chef, Chef Jen, at Rioja. Add on some hor’devuores to your event from their continually rotating menu so it's guaranteed to have fresh ingredients that are in-season. Apollo Hall has no mandatory or exclusive vendors, which means your guests can experience some unique local faves.
Rental package: Wondering how many tables and chairs to rent for your upcoming mixer? Below is an example for a 150-200 person happy hour and what I would order from our rental partner, Event Rents, to nicely fill our space.
15 x 30” cocktail tables, cocktail height.
15 x 120” round tablecloths. I love the Lamour Ivory linen to add an elevated look and some brightness in the space. Looks great in contrast to the dark wood floors.
30 x bar stools to offer some seating options for guests. I recommend the Chiavari Black Bar Stool.
Another great option to really utilize the space is to set up lounge areas in our nooks! Apollo Hall has two nooks on the East Window Wall side that can be transformed into some really cozy spaces. Colorado Party Rentals makes it super simple with over 10 pre-selected lounge area options including sofas, chairs, rugs, coffee tables, and side tables. Whether you’re wanting to keep things neutral or go for a pop of color, they’ve got it.
